Rugs & Carpet: 
For most carpeting and rugs, we use a hot water extraction technique, meeting the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) standards. We are certified by the IICRC and our cleaning technicians follow all of their standards of care and best practice guidelines.
Most importantly, our Steam Shine professionals take the time to analyze the fibers in your carpet or area rug to ensure that the product that we use will remove any spot or debris without damaging the fabric. We collect your area rugs and treat them at our facility to ensure that they are treated and dried thoroughly. We return your fresh, clean rug within 2-3 days in most cases. If you prefer, you can deliver your area rug to our facility for cleaning for a reduced price…we will call you when your rug is ready to be picked up.
