The satisfaction of our customers is our top priority at Steam Shine!
STEAM SHINE Guarantees:
- To provide appropriate services according to 24 CFR 570.469 and abide by appropriate regulations as required for any service.
- To return to site by the end of the third day if the customer is dissatisfied or if odor still remains. A second cleaning or application of odor neutralizer may be necessary.
- To provide free spot cleaning on any item covered by the 1 yr Stain Protection Warranty.
Most carpet warranties require cleaning every 6 to 18 months and most carpet mills recommend the hot water extraction method in order to maintain your warranty. Steam Shine offers a complimentary bottle of Spot Out which will assist you in removing many problem spots immediately after the occurrence.
